Robozant is committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines refund terms for our custom AI automation consulting and implementation services.
Discovery & Strategy Engagements
Strategy and audit deliverables are custom consulting work. Due to the immediate nature of delivery once work begins, fees are non-refundable after deliverables have been shared — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Implementation Fees
Implementation fees cover discovery, configuration, integration, and launch. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment. Once development has started, fees are partially refundable at our discretion based on work completed.
Ongoing Services
Ongoing optimization and support fees are billed per the terms in your custom proposal. You may cancel per your agreement; cancellation takes effect as specified in your contract. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Service Issues
If our service fails to meet agreed deliverables, contact us at support@robozant.com within 14 days of the issue. We will work in good faith to resolve the problem or offer appropriate credit or refund where warranted.
